Respect me to respect you

For the benefit of all, we have to understand where others stand in all issues and respect that position. Similarly, we have to expect that the others will understand and respect our position. Today, in my view, the reason why we have many conflicts and social problems is purely because we don't give weight or consideration to what others want, need, prefer and always there is one way traffic including political and social issues. Many people are killed, many wars are unfolded, many disagreement have surfaced and many promises are broken because every and each one of us want his/her position to be the one that should accepted and recognized as the only way forward. Surely, the needs are different, but to achieve your goals you need to take in account what the other need and want and then find a common ground where is win-win outcome. if one part insist to achieve his goals and targets only without considering how this process will impact the others then you start a conflict that will first impact others then ultimately come back to you one way other big or small. The early we understand what is good for all of us, as a human, the early we succeed and help our next generation to win and inherit a safe and secure world.
